What Noom Med charges, what is included, who prescribes, which pharmacy fills it, where it operates — and how much of that we confirmed ourselves rather than took from the website.
This is an independent assessment of Noom Med's tirzepatide program against our published 100-point rubric. It separates what the provider states from what we verified. No pricing, scoring or state data has been captured yet, so nothing below is presented as a finding. Verification status appears beside every field.
What is distinctive about this programme
A dose cap is not a discount
This is the clearest instance in our dataset of a pricing structure that requires explanation rather than comparison. Noom Med's $199 semaglutide programme is capped at a 0.6 mg maximum dose. The STEP trials that established semaglutide's weight-management efficacy used 2.4 mg.
A capped programme is not a cheaper version of the same treatment. It is a lower-dose treatment with a correspondingly smaller expected effect, and it should not appear in the same price ranking as full-titration programmes. Noom's own full-titration programme is $279, which is the figure that belongs in a like-for-like comparison.
We have kept the capped programme out of our cheapest-by-definition table for exactly this reason.
Introductory pricing and quarterly billing
The first month is $149 for tirzepatide against $299 ongoing. Introductory rates are excluded from every ranking on this site.
Quarterly billing sits between month-to-month and prepaid: less commitment than twelve months, less flexibility than monthly, and a three-month exposure if you stop.
Where the full programmes sit
At $279 semaglutide and $299 tirzepatide, Noom's full-titration programmes are in the upper band of the compounded market. Brand Zepbound is $299 direct from LillyDirect, and the approved oral orforglipron is $149 — both FDA-approved products at or below Noom's compounded tirzepatide price.

Is Noom Med the cheapest option?
We will not answer that until the all-in figures are captured for the whole comparison set. A cheapest claim needs a defined comparison group, a stated program type and a capture date, or it is just an adjective.
Is this review sponsored?
No. No provider pays for coverage, placement, a score or a link, and providers do not see a review before it publishes.
Is compounded tirzepatide the same as Zepbound?
No. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved products and there is no generic tirzepatide. Approval of the brand product does not extend to a compounded preparation.
