Provider review
Eden tirzepatide review
What Eden charges, what is included, who prescribes, which pharmacy fills it, where it operates — and how much of that we confirmed ourselves rather than took from the website.
This is an independent assessment of Eden's tirzepatide program against our published 100-point rubric. It separates what the provider states from what we verified. No pricing, scoring or state data has been captured yet, so nothing below is presented as a finding. Verification status appears beside every field.
What is distinctive about this programme
The membership is half the bill
Eden's $99 semaglutide medication price is among the lowest published anywhere. The required $99 membership makes the real cost $198. For semaglutide, the membership is exactly half the total — the highest membership-to-medication ratio in our dataset.
Medication being flat at every dose is a genuine advantage, and it applies to both molecules.
The brand listings need checking against the manufacturer
Eden's brand entries are the most striking in our dataset. Brand Wegovy is listed at $1,695 medication plus $99 membership — $1,794 a month all-in. NovoCare sells the identical medicine direct for $149 to $349. Brand Zepbound appears at $1,399 plus $99, or $1,498, where LillyDirect sells it for $299 to $449.
These are disclosed prices rather than anything improper, and a patient is free to buy at them. But the difference is fourfold to twelvefold for the same product from the same manufacturer, and anyone considering a brand drug through this or any platform should price it at the manufacturer first.
Our source dataset also notes a correction here: a stored Eden brand-Zepbound figure of $299 was in fact LillyDirect's price rather than Eden's actual $1,399 — an error that would have made Eden look dramatically cheaper than it is, and a good illustration of why third-party figures need re-capture.

Pricing, all-in
Plan total and monthly equivalent are calculated by us from the provider's published figures, using the same formula applied to every provider on this site. A price is only a price once the required fees are inside it.

State availability is verified against the provider's own checkout or a support confirmation, state by state, with a capture date. A provider serving forty states is not nationwide, and we do not describe it that way.

How this compares to the category

Questions readers actually ask
Is Eden the cheapest option?
We will not answer that until the all-in figures are captured for the whole comparison set. A cheapest claim needs a defined comparison group, a stated program type and a capture date, or it is just an adjective.
Is this review sponsored?
No. No provider pays for coverage, placement, a score or a link, and providers do not see a review before it publishes.
Is compounded tirzepatide the same as Zepbound?
No. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved products and there is no generic tirzepatide. Approval of the brand product does not extend to a compounded preparation.

Quote the capture date beside a figure, not the date you read this page. Why.
Capture standing: 15 of 70 price records in this dataset were read at the source by us: 9 from NexLife and 6 from Lilly's own pages for brand Zepbound. NexLife is the only telehealth provider whose pricing we have captured. Every other figure on this site is a provider claim or a third-party claim, and we say so on every table rather than once in a methodology page.
