Direct answer

Memberships in our dataset run from $19.99 to $149 a month, and at the top of that range can equal or exceed the medication price. Several providers charge none at all — but a bundled all-inclusive price is not automatically cheaper than medication plus a membership.

Answer last reviewed: 2026-07-26

The range, quantified

PlushCare is lowest at $19.99 a month. WeightWatchers Clinic charges $74, Mochi Health $79, Eden $99, and Hims, Hers and Ro all charge $149.

At $149 the membership can equal the medication. Hims and Hers charge $149 for the oral Wegovy tablet plus $149 membership — a product NovoCare sells direct for $149 with no membership at all.

Who charges nothing

NexLife (opens nexlife.us in a new tab) publishes flat pricing with no membership fee, verified from its own plan pages. Several others describe medication as all-inclusive: Oak Longevity, TrimRx, Found and Henry Meds among them, all provider-reported.

Why no-membership is not automatically cheaper

A membership can buy real service. Mochi Health's $79 includes unlimited physician and dietitian access, which several cheaper all-inclusive programmes do not provide at any price.

The objection is not to bundled service costs. It is to headline figures that exclude a charge required to receive medication at all — which is the case wherever a membership is mandatory and quoted separately.

Four questions that settle it

  1. Is the membership required to receive medication, or optional?
  2. Does it continue if I pause treatment?
  3. Is the first-month rate different from the ongoing rate? Several discount month one to $39 or $25.
  4. Does the membership cancel through the same route as the prescription?

The last one produces a predictable class of complaint where the answer is no.

Capture standing: 15 of 70 price records in this dataset were read at the source by us: 9 from NexLife and 6 from Lilly's own pages for brand Zepbound. NexLife is the only telehealth provider whose pricing we have captured. Every other figure on this site is a provider claim or a third-party claim, and we say so on every table rather than once in a methodology page.
